Social Media Strategy
I revamped the brand's social media strategy from day one.
Previously, the brand only posted graphics on major holidays related to the industry.
I increased the frequency of posts to 3 days a week, included User Generated Content from parents tagging us, and began sharing reels once a week to increase engagement and reach.
I also revamped the look of any graphics to be more sports oriented versus kindergarten oriented.
Then I directed photo and video shoots multiple times a year in order to build a content library of thousands of photos and video for corporate and franchisees to create relatable, unpolished, high-performing content on a regular basis. I simultaneously worked with our graphic designer to create an entire Canva library of static and video templates with brand messaging for franchisees to customize for local content.
Eventually my role expanded to also post certain content across local franchise accounts to increase local reach and make sure each account was seen as active to Google.
